A Galahad wished to purchase a horse for battle, and decided to give the animal a test before buying her. She took the horse home and put her in the field with her other horses.

The new horse strayed from the others to join the one that was the laziest and the biggest eater of them all.

Seeing this, the Galahad led her back to his owner. When the owner asked how she could have tested the horse in such a short time, the Galahad answered, “I didn’t even need to see how she rode. I knew she would be just like the one she chose to be her friend.”
